Anger is a feeling or emotion. It's a decision that you make; no one makes you feel angry. It is self-derived. Therefore you own it, and it is a feeling you created. It can be turned off just as quickly as you turned it on. You can control your thoughts.

Choice is a process your mind goes through, it can be made in practically a fraction of a second. How you process an event or situation, and the choice you make while perceiving that event or situation is the deciding factor that makes you feel the way you do. “When you make this choice visualize as if you swallowed the choice, if it makes you feel bad, it is a bad choice.”

Thoughts make your attitude. Good thoughts create a good attitude, and vice versa. If you think you can become it, you will. If you think people are talking about you that is because you are talking about people. Feelings come from thought, and what you think about happens. “Life is what you make it.”

Responsibility is to respond with ability. So love is having a good response, or a positive feeling. Hate is having a bad response, or a negative feeling. This is another choice or decision.

Blame is another decision you have to make. Passing judgment on others conditions you to believe that others are judging you. We sometimes look for someone else to blame when we become angry with ourselves. Such anger towards oneself can lead to a conscious justification of action. We all make mistakes and we should forgive ourselves for them. If you don't blame others you don't have to forgive. If you practice non-judgment you will not have these feelings and you will learn to love everyone even yourself. Your thoughts create your life. As you think so shall you be, therefore you are.

Depression can be helped with medication, but if you decide to live a happy life, and your body makes the chemicals one needs to feel happy, you will be if you make that decision. So create your life from good thoughts. “Misery loves company.”

Acceptance is to accept everything completely and totally as it is. Not how you want it to be. It can be defined as agreeing that everything is the way GOD intended it to be. Once you agree, everything becomes acceptable. Nothing happens by mistake. Accepting people, places, events and situations as they occur, with little or no effort can be considered as being non-judgmental. This means you cannot blame others or yourself. You don’t have to be right, ever. Detaching your self from the person, place or situation and to accept everything, as it is, is the key.

Feel with your heart not with your brain. This will lead you to a wiser decision, because you feel with your heart, and think with your brain. If what you are making a decision about makes you feel bad it is a bad decision and vice versa.

Volunteering is doing great things for others and you will be doing great things for yourself. Because it makes you feel good. When you feel good about yourself your body releases those chemicals needed to feel happy and content. Everyone has a talent or a gift from GOD. Something, that comes intuitively or naturally. This can be achieved only by surrendering completely and totally to GOD. Allowing him to work through you.

When you pray to a GOD or a Higher Power than yourself, you don’t have to feel like you have to be perfect. The fact is no one is perfect. Perfectionism can be considered to be a compulsion to have everything your way. Exactly the way you want it. Everything is possible in GOD'S world, even the unexpected. Let GOD'S will be done, not yours.

To Meditate is to free yourself from bondage of self. To just be. To cleanse the Soul, and to rest the mind, without sleeping. “Silence is golden.”


Live everyday like it is your last day on earth and you will never regret yesterday.

I used to hate my past, but now came to realize that you had to have a past to be in the present, and must have a present in order to have a future.
